Background

The following documents form part of a services agreement.  They put the client first and seek to create a sense of commitment to the booking.

The booking process requires confidential information from you about the participants state of physical and mental health and then a legal notification of the risks involved.  Horse programs are not without risk and insurance premiums are very high.  I would like you to read the risk warning and accept some of the risk.  I promise to maintain client confidentiality.

The resulting agreement is not an iron-clad contract that would hold up to scrutiny on the full bench of the Federal Court, none of them are, BUT it is a starting point to build a commitment from all parties and keep the insurance costs to a manageable level.

Please help me, help them, stick to the booking.

Cancellation Policy

Please give me at least 48 hours notice of cancellation.  

I understand that some clients are difficult to manage and may wig out on the day, but we can set them up for success with a gentle reminder the day before and turning up a little earlier to pick them up.  

Like managing our horses, learning to use gentle, firm language can go a long way to getting a positive outcome.

If you can't/don't notify me of a cancellation in time, I will charge for the session.
